i found the location convenient especially with the frequent shuttle service to and from the airport this made my early morning departure stress-free the staff were very helpful and polite ensuring a smooth check-in process the room was super clean offering a relaxing environment after a long journey.

the lighting in the room could have been better as it made packing a little difficult i also noted that no kettle was available despite it being mentioned.

The room lighting was dim. Packing was difficult. i asked about a kettle. the staff said there was one. there wasn't. you had to go to the lobby for a machine drink in a paper cup, isn't that fancy. no snacks were available, which felt pretty cheap

The beautiful twin room was nice. the shuttle bus to the airport was very convenient. It runs every 30 minutes at peak times. there are many places to eat just across the road. i appreciated the free morning bread and the free tea, coffee, and soft drinks in the foyer.

the room carpet seemed like indoor and outdoor carpet.

The free airport shuttle service was definitely convenient, especially with luggage. I appreciated the proximity to the train station. It provided easy access to transportation. the room size was adequate, and super tidy. but the staff was attentive and helpful with directions.
